Confirmed bookings

For bookings that have already been confirmed, the following applies: We have reserved the date for you and will perform as agreed, provided you wish to hold your event and no state or federal regulations prevent us from doing so. Our musicians carry a current, negative Corona rapid test result to guarantee you the greatest possible safety. Of course, we do not charge you for the test.

New customers

These are uncertain times for all of us. That is why we offer our new customers accommodating and extensive possibilities to cancel or postpone our appearance. Also, if no official event ban has been imposed for your event, you can flexibly postpone the performance without additional costs. Please note that a postponement without official reasons must be made at least 48 hours before the originally agreed date to give us some planning security as well. If we are not available on the new scheduled performance date, we will cancel your booking upon request and will not charge you for this either. Contact us with any questions, we will be happy to answer them.

Flexible rebooking options

Our concession to you: You can rebook the contractually agreed performance flexibly and without giving reasons. Please note that rebooking must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event, unless it is an officially imposed event ban. This planning security is important for us in order to keep the effort on our part within reasonable limits. If there are any official prohibitions that conflict with your event, we require notification from you as soon as possible. If you fail to inform us and as a result we arrive in vain, we will have to charge you for the performance. That’s why we contact each of our clients well in advance of the event to avoid this scenario and find the right solution for you in a personal meeting.

Mouth and nose protection – Protective mask

In accordance with the corona protection regulations of the various federal states, we perform with mouth and nose protection in indoor venues that cannot guarantee a distance of at least 1.5 meters between the individual musicians or between the musicians and the audience. Of course, we wear a mouth and nose protection even with ensured greater distance, if you wish.
